WNBA Fast Break | WNBA Finals | Day 2

Pick 5 Players who will combine for 12 Assists and 5 Three Pointers Made to earn your win.

Overview:

If Game 1 of the WNBA Finals is any indication of the series, we’re all in for a treat. After being down by as much as 18 points (15 with 5 minutes remaining), Minnesota stormed back to claim the lead only to foul Breanna Stewart with less than a second on the game clock. After making the first freebie, Stewie missed the potential game winning free throw. In overtime, Minnesota pulled ahead and walked away victorious. The New York Liberty have lost ten (10) times this season - eight (8) in the regular season and two (2) in the postseason. 40% (4 out of 10) of those losses have been against the Minnesota Lynx.

Of the 1,700 participants in the final iteration of WNBA Fast Break in 2024, 91% walked away with a win and secured the first tier pack and are two (2) wins away from the top tier pack. New York look to even the series at home before heading to Minnesota. If they accomplish the goal at hand, this Fast Break series will be pushed to at least four games. Based on how talented both of these teams are, we would not be surprised if the series went the full five games. But today’s game is an important one for New York to keep their championship hopes alive and may be a precursor to the duration of the 2024 WNBA Finals.

As a reminder, October 20 marks the end of the WNBA Season if the Finals go the full distance, but the 82-game NBA Season and the 2nd annual in-season tournament commences on October 22.
