WNBA Run 7 | Day 2

Pick 5 Players who will combine for 20 Assists to earn your win.

Overview:

Today is the second day of WNBA Fast Break Run 7 and there are 10 remaining game days (over the next 12 days). With each team playing 4 or 5 games over the course of this series, there will inevitably be days where you will need to deliberately sit out - especially if your WNBA collection consists of mostly or all commons. Of the over 2,000 participants thus far, 85% achieved a win on their journey toward 7 wins.

I created a Cheat Sheet (aka Witty’s Cheat Sheet) that outlines each team’s schedule during the run, objectives for each day, and each player’s season average for those objectives. This will help you organize the priority days and which players make the most sense to maximize your WNBA lineups. If you’re interested in a copy, send a WNBA moment to TS: Witty and send me a direct message on X or email via the link above so I can send you the file directly. For future iterations (likely beginning with Run 8), I intend to deliver a digital version which will be sortable.

Today’s Objective:

Fast Break Day 2 requires five (5) players who will distribute 20 or more points, which means your lineup will need an average of 4.0 Points Scored per player. There are four (4) teams in action today and your lineup availability is fresh considering the reset, but using your top options may hinder your ability to earn more wins in the coming days.

Today’s objective is straightforward as only assists are needed, but there are only six (6) players who are either projected or have averaged the minimum threshold to achieve today’s target - two of whom are rookies this year: Caitlin Clark & Julie Vanloo. See the table for the remaining players.

In a pinch and need to borrow a moment? One approach is to borrow from a close friend who has an extensive collection or head to flowty.io to see if any key players are available to rent. On the other side of the coin, if you have extra moments you can spare to rent out, you could earn some extra income on top WNBA players like A’ja Wilson, Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Arike Ogunbowale, Sabrina Ionescu, Breanna Stewart, Napheesa Collier, and many others. Anticipate a spike in interest as this run progresses.

Looking Ahead:

  • Day 4 & Day 6 are precarious as there is only one game on each day.

  • Day 8 will likely be challenging as it requires the often elusive Assists minus Turnovers objective.

  • Washington will have the least number of remaining games after today (3).

  • After today, points, and 3PM will be seen three times; assists & rebounds twice; points in the paint, offensive rebounds, assists minus turnovers, steals, and field goals made will be an objective one time during this run.

Statistical Approach:

Top players in projected Assists according to Rotowire, which is available in the table below. The players marked in pink do not have any TopShot moments at this time.

Rewards:

  • Daily Reward: Top 25 each day will receive a Quick Rip pack

  • Milestone Reward: Reach 1, 4, or 7 wins and each tier earns you a pack

  • Run Reward: Place in the top 10 and earn a Rookie Debut pack
